• Providing post-graduate counseling and/or psychotherapy to gay, lesbian,

          bisexual and transgender communities and to persons living with HIV/
          
          AIDS
since 1996.

 

  • Specializing in providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples

          coping with anxiety, depression, intimacy issues, traumatic experiences,

          bereavement, self-esteem issues, substance use and/or other addictive

          behaviors; I assist clients with a broad range of issues and concerns.

 

  • As an adjunct faculty member at the Hunter College School of Social

          Work for seven years, I taught graduate students an advanced course on

          how to conduct clinical work with their clients.       
 

  • When indicated, I am able to help clients with the processing and

          resolution of traumatic experiences utilizing a technique called Eye

          Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

 


  • Successfully completed the two-year post-graduate program in

         Contemporary Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Institute for

         Contemporary Psychotherapy.


 

 

  • If you have out-of-network mental health benefits as a part of your

          health insurance coverage, you may be reimbursed

          by your insurance provider for payments you make for my services.

 

  • Sliding-scale fees may be available to persons who have limited

          financial resources.
